We only collect data we genuinely need. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Information you give us – when you fill in our enrolment or contact forms or email us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the course or programme you are interested in, and any message or details you choose to share.
• Technical information – collected automatically by our web server and (once enabled) analytics tools: your IP address, browser type and device, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health, religion or political views). Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

We use your personal data only where we have a lawful basis under the GDPR:

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see section 7). We will only send marketing or newsletter emails if you have asked to receive them.

• Our website hosting and email providers, which store form submissions and correspondence.
• Our website form tool (Forminator), which delivers your submission to us.
• Analytics and advertising providers such as Google – only when these services are enabled and you have consented.
• Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, including any legal or accounting requirements. Enquiry and enrolment records are generally kept for the duration of our relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures – including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access – to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we take security seriously and review our measures regularly.

Our website and courses are aimed at adults and education professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top revised accordingly.
