Building EduMansha

Invest in Youth

The "INVEST IN YOUTH" project aims to equip young people with financial literacy and civic awareness, helping them understand how personal financial decisions connect to wider societal responsibilities. By creating an interactive board game and supporting materials for educators, the project makes learning about finance and citizenship engaging and accessible. Through training, local piloting, and dissemination activities, it seeks to develop a generation of financially responsible, civically active youth who contribute to democratic life and social cohesion across the EU. The project is a collaborative partnership between Germany, Italy, and Portugal.

Financial Resilience

This project aims to raise awareness of economic violence and empower disadvantaged women—such as migrants, refugees, and those facing social or economic hardship—by providing them with the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and overcome financial abuse. Economic violence involves controlling money, limiting access to resources, or sabotaging financial independence. The project will develop multilingual training modules and financial literacy tools, along with resources for trainers, social workers, and educators to strengthen support systems. Through training in Italy, local testing in Germany, Italy, and Portugal, an online support network, and dissemination events, the project seeks to promote financial independence, legal awareness, and a supportive community of empowered women.

SHIFT

Self-employment offers income opportunities for young people, migrants and underrepresented groups, but many remain stuck in low-growth situations because they lack business and entrepreneurial skills. This prevents them from turning freelance work into startups and creating jobs. The project aims to help them make this transition by providing training in entrepreneurship, business development, financial literacy and digital innovation. It includes modular learning materials, training for youth workers, SHIFT bootcamps in partner countries and an online platform for learning and networking. The goal is to support self-employed individuals to build sustainable startups, create jobs and contribute to Europe's economic and digital growth.
